How We Ship

We want to make sure you get your coral in the best condition so we've refined the shipping process. Here's the story of how we package and ship our coral.

All frags are floated upside down attached to a piece of styrofoam. This decreases the risk of sitting unsubmerged if the package is angled the wrong way in transit.

It can be difficult to identify your coral when you first get it, so we label each bag with its contents. Labeling each bag helps make sure you have received the right coral.

Each package is insulated and packed to help cushion it from the shipping process.

Heat packs are applied as needed. We want your coral to stay nice and warm on its journey to its new home.
