There is no minimum order amount required for shipping. To qualify for Free Shipping, your pre-shipping subtotal must be at least $350.00.

We ship to all major centers in Canada. If you are not in a major center, listed by Canada Post or FedEx, you must make arrangements with us to pickup your package on its first attempt of delivery. Shipments only made via "next day delivery".

Shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. If your order is placed between Thursday and Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

All packages are shipped in a cardboard box with a styrofoam insulated insert. Seasonally dependant, they may contain heat/ice packs. All bags in the box will be labeled for order accuracy.

In accordance with our 'ARRIVE ALIVE' and 'STAY ALIVE' policies, shipping will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to change the shipping costs at any time. We use Canada Post and FedEx exclusively. We will not be using any other shipping company at this time.

We guarantee that your shipped livestock will arrive alive. Guarantee only applies on orders picked up on first delivery attempt.

In order to qualify for this guarantee you must make contact with sales@fragd.it, along with photos of the dead livestock, within 10 days from the date when the package was received.

If you qualify for the Stay Alive guarantee, you will have two options: (1) Refund or (2) Replacement in a future order. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Guarantee only applies on orders picked up on first delivery attempt.

We guarantee that your purchased livestock will stay alive for 10 days from the date you received the package.

In order to qualify for this guarantee you must make contact with sales@fragd.it, along with photos of the dead livestock, within 10 days from the date when the package was received.

Here is how we recommend that you acclimate your new corals:

-Place the coral bag in your sump or display tank.

-Let it sit for 45 minutes to 1 hr in order to temperature acclimate.

-Take it out and place it your tank under our suggested location (you can find that on the coral page on our site)

-If you want to use a coral dip before adding the coral to your system (such as Logol's Iodine, ReVive, TMPCC), you can, but it will void our Stay Alive policy. Coral dips are an unknown quantity, and therefore we cannot be held liable for losses.

-Placing a coral in anywhere but our recommended area of your system will void the Stay Alive policy.
